STEPS TO A WINNING GAME PLAN
Following the three easy steps below ensures you a successful project:
STEP 1:
A. For COPYWRITING projects, give me a call and we can discuss the details of your project; how you want it presented, the time frame, and the style. Let’s huddle up and call a play!
B. For WORD POLISHING existing content, please send only Microsoft Word files (.doc) in an attachment. No other file types will be accepted. Send your document for a no-cost, no obligation quote to info@winningproof.com. I will quote the project based on the amount of time needed to successfully complete your project, based on your needs and deadline.
STEP 2:
Upon your approval of the quote, see the two options below:
Option 1: For projects less than $50.00, full payment is due before project is started.
Option 2: For projects over $50.00, a 50% deposit is required before start of project. Final payment is due upon submission of first draft. Using PayPal, send payment to info@winningproof.com. Please note: payment delays will hinder the starting and completion dates of your project. I also offer a pre-payment discount of 2% off your project total.
When the signed fee agreement and PayPal payment is received, I immediately start working on your project.
STEP 3:
With either option, I will return your completed project on or before your deadline.
For COPYWRITING PROJECTS I will deliver project copy that allows for two rounds of revisions included in the price.
For COPYEDITING PROJECTS I will return a copy via email with suggested revisions using the Track Changes feature on Microsoft Word so you can review the proposed revisions. You can either Accept or Reject the proposed revisions using the Track Changes feature. At this time, you will make the second half of payment through PayPal.
If you don’t have a working knowledge of how Track Changes works, I will make the revisions and send two documents: one showing the changes and one clean copy with all changes made.

EXTRA POINT:
Keep in mind that your project starts once you accept the quote, sign and return the fee agreement, and make payment through PayPal and not when you give me the file. Please call if you need a rush project and I will rush to the rescue.
